In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we inform you that:

2. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) - Mr. Piotr Otomanski, who supervises the correctness of personal data processing at Poznan University of Technology. The DPO can be contacted by sending an email to: [email protected].
3. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting a series of competitions, so-called 'open calls', within the ESA Phi-Lab Poland project implemented at Poznan University of Technology by the Kakolewo Campus.
4. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (the data subject has given his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data).
5. Personal data will only be processed for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing (1 year from the date of application). Personal data will be deleted when consent is withdrawn and when the right to erasure is exercised.
6. Personal data will be disclosed to persons acting under the authority of the controller and having access to the data, processing them only on the controller's instructions and to entities authorised by law.
7. Data will not be transferred to a third country.
8. In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the following
rights:
1) The right of access to personal data;
2) the right to rectification of data;
3) the right to erasure;
4) the right to restrict processing;
5) The right to withdraw consent at any time;
6) The right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Authority.
9. The provision of data is voluntary but necessary in order to take part in the competition indicated in point. 3.
10. Personal data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling.
